29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 4/5/22 at an apartment complex new build located at 4800 Transit Road, Depew, New York; employees were framing and sheathing a 2 story building. Employees were placing trusses and framing the while standing on the top plate with a fall height of approximately 20 feet. There were no fall protection measures in place. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
