29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) On or about 4/5/22 at a residential construction project located at 10-12 Mary Rachel Place, Lancaster, New York; employees filling cores on a masonry wall were working from a frame scaffold. Employees unloading the mortar tub were on a single platform approximately 19" wide and not on a fully decked platform between the uprights. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Employees were on platforms approximately 18'-6" without fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
