Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 7985 E. County Hwy 30A, Inlet Beach, FL - (stairway between second and third floor); On, or about April 04, 2022 the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that the employees were allowed to work on the lower landing between the second and third floor with an unprotected edge exposing employees to an 11 feet and 6 inch fall to the next lower level (first to second floor landing).
