29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i):Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: Employee was exposed to caught in and amputation hazard. The rotating shaft ends on the re-saw saw were not covered to protect employees from caught-in hazards caused by rotating parts. The Brewco brand 1600 re-saw saw had unguarded shaft ends located approximately 30 inches above the ground.
