29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) At a jobsite located at 1249 Rich Blvd Warrensburg, MO, on 8 Apr 2022; An employee was exposed to fall hazards when conducting siding work. The employee was working at a height over 6 feet while standing on a wood planked box /pallet that was supported by an all terrain forklift. The employee was not protected by any means of fall protection.
