Employees working at the jobsite located at 11796 S. Mesquite St Olathe, KS performing framing activities, were exposed to an 11 foot fall hazard from the first floor of the structure to the basement below. The opening in the floor was approximately 10 feet by 10 feet and employees were not protected with a guardrail system or another form of fall protection.
