29 CFR 1926.302(b)(5):The manufacturer's safe operating pressure for hoses, pipes, valves, filters, and other fittings were exceeded. a) Lot 7: On or about 4/7/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazards, in that he was operating an unlabeled pneumatic nail gun with a 212 horse power (HP) air compressor at 125psi. This is 5 psi above the 120 psi maximum range of the nail gun, while performing framing activities.
