Site- The electric disconnect for the Vecoplan industrial paper shredder did not have sufficient access where paper shredder was installed less than 21 inches from the electric disconnect with the required electric wiring on the ground. b. Site- The electric disconnect for the Selco horizontal baler was not accessible where stacks of cardboard were stored directly in front of the electric disconnect.
