29 CFR  1910.213(b)(3): Provisions were not made to prevent woodworking machine(s) from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after power failure:  On or about April 6, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were in use of wood working machines that did not have an "anti-restart" device installed to prevent the machine from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after a power failure, including but not limited to the following instances:   a) A table saw in the Solid Surface area did not have an "anti-restart" device installed.    b) A radial arm saw in the Solid Surface area did not have an "anti-restart" device installed.  This exposed employees to amputation hazards.
