OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being fall and crushed-by hazards from heavy equipment: On or about August 2, 2022, at 9000 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, Florida, an employee was exposed to fall and crushing hazards when standing on the forks of a forklift while attempting to discard a chassis of a truck into a 6 feet-7 inches high dumpster.
