29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1):The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): a) Facility: On or about 3/23/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to upper respiratory irritation, in that FIT tests were not provided to employees required to wear respirators such as 3M N95 respirators when providing patient care.
