OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards: (a) On or about 9/21/2022, and at times prior - at each truck and trailer, drivers securing cargo loads on to flatbed trailers using Columbus McKinnon (CM) EZ Pro Cam Release Lever Load Binders were exposed to the sudden release of potential energy caused by the tension on the binder arm being released when extender poles were used to increase the tension.
