29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 3D Apartment Roof: Two (2) employees were observed performing roofing activities approximately twenty-three (23) feet high without the use of a guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems on or about April 11, 2022. b) 3D Apartment Roof: (3) employees were observed performing roofing activities approximately ten (10) feet high without the use of a guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems on or about April 11, 2022. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
