29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) Orepac Holding Company (dba: Orepac Building Products), 2267 Amsterdam Road, Belgrade, MT 59714: On or about April 4, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while forklift operators were unloading materials utilizing a Hyster 110 propane powered forklift (Forklift: #038) Model: H110XM and traveling without looking in the direction of travel and keeping a clear view of the path of travel.
