29 CFR 1926.502(e)(9): Positioning device systems were not inspected prior to each use for wear, damage, and other deterioration, and defective components were not removed from service: On or about 4/08/2022 at the jobsite where employees were using belts designed to hold up slacks and jeans instead of belts designed with dee rings as positioning devices while working of a roof with an 18-inch rise to a 12-inch run pitch.
