29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: (a) Parking Lot at 801 Katie Court, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Various Other Locations - Employees performed servicing and maintenance work on vehicles during road and other outside service calls. The employer developed and required employees to use lockout/tagout procedures while performing this work. However, the employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedures, exposing employees to hazards including caught-in and struck-by, on or about April 11, 2022. Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
