29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At the residential worksite located at Lot 78 Eagles Ridge Street, Blue Springs, MO:  Employee 1 was exposed to struck by hazards as employee 2 was lowering siding and a pneumatic nail gun to him.  Employee 2 was on top of the wall,  lowering sheets of siding down to employee 1 on a ladder to hold for nailing.
