29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2):Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": On April 11, 2022, and times prior thereto, in the main production shop 1, the exit doors were not equipped with "EXIT" signs above the doors in case of an emergency, exposing employees to entrapment hazards; a) At the west wall door, no EXIT sign was placed above the door, b) at the north east door, no EXIT sign was placed above the exit door, c) At the south west door, no EXIT sign was placed above the exit door.
