29 CFR  1910.37(b)(2):Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  On April 11, 2022, and times prior thereto, in the main production shop 1, the exit doors were not equipped with "EXIT" signs above the doors in case of an emergency, exposing employees to entrapment hazards;  a) At the west wall door, no EXIT sign was placed above the door,  b) at the north east door, no EXIT sign was placed above the exit door,  c) At the south west door, no EXIT sign was placed above the exit door.

29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:   On April 11, 2022, and times prior thereto, in the horizontal band saw cutting area, the employee(s) operating the horizontal band saw did not have an adjustable guard  while cutting metal part(s) exposing them to amputation hazard(s).

29 CFR  1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons.  On April 11, 2022, and times prior thereto, outside the main production shop 1, compressed gas cylinders was not chained or secured from falling exposing employees to potential struck-by hazards.
