29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4):Modifications or additions which affect capacity and safe operation of powered industrial truck were performed by the employer without the manufacturer's prior written approval: (a) On April 4, 2022 powered industrial trucks 42-6FGU25; SN#64256 and 42-4FG25; SN#40-FS25-21226 both had holes drilled in to the ends of the forks of the lift which could affect the lifting capacity of the trucks. Note: This item has been abated.
