The employer failed to protect employees from rotating machine parts hazards.  This was most recently documented on or about April 12th, 2022, in Omaha, Nebraska.  An employee was working on line #33 removing foreign objects and cleaning the conveyor belt when her hand got caught in the mechanical components resulting in a severe laceration to her right hand.
