29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees working at the jobsite located at 10990 Palisade st., OLATHE, KS 66061, engaged in masonry work were exposed to a 6 foot fall hazard in that the work platform was not fully planked between the uprights.

Employees working on scaffolding at 10990 Palisade st., OLATHE, KS 66061 engaged in stucco activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet from the edge of the scaffolding to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.

29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in masonry activities at 10990 Palisade st., OLATHE, KS 66061 from a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to fall hazards associated with scaffold collapse, inadequate decking, and the lack of fall protection, in that scaffold safety training had not been proved.
