29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard (e.g., by sliding or collapsing): (a) On and before March 29, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that multi-level shelving which was approximately 11-feet in height and had material stored on it such as car batteries and axle shafts collapsed and struck an employee. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
