29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  a) 8125 Monte Vista Circle, Littleton: on or about April 7, 2022, Kellory & Company exposed the workers of Zamora Construction, a subcontracted company, to hazards when a supervisor diverted the subcontracted crew from one site to this distant unit in the same development.  The supervisor assigned work to the subcontracted crew without first examining the required work to be performed or the materials and equipment necessary to do the work.  Additionally, the Zamora crew was given access to and began operating the Kellory-owned Xtreme XRM 842 telehandler while the supervisor was at the site but did not leave his vehicle to perform required inspections.
