At the jobsite located at 114 Northwest Joshua Drive, Lees Summit, Missouri, employees were exposed to struck-by eye and face injuries. Employees operating a powered hand saw and pneumatic nail guns were not protected from flying particles by utilizing adequate eye and face protection.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At the jobsite located at 114 Northwest Joshua Drive, Lees Summit, Missouri, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn injuries. An electrical hand saw that employees were using at the jobsite did not have adequate strain relief to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joint of the electrical cable. The electrical hand had visible damage to the electrical insulation and exposed electrical wires.
