29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a. On or about April 11, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing exterior stucco operations from a JLG lift, approximately twenty two (22) feet above the ground, were not wearing a personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
