29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). 75 Maple Avenue, Hartford CT: On or about 04/13/2022, an employee was working on a concrete water drainage box within a seven foot excavation with side walls that had little to no slope, and he was not protected from a possible sidewall collapse by an approved shoring system or an approved alternative system.
