29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: At a commercial workplace located at 7502 E 26th St, Joplin MO -- employees were exposed to serious caught-in hazards. The employee was working on a machine making dog biscuits. The employee's hand was caught in unguarded rollers on Line 3 causing the employee to have 4 fingers amputated and his hand degloved. This was documented on or about 04/12/2022.

This was documented on or about 04/12/2022.
