29 CFR  1926.1153(c)(1):29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified in Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1.  At a construction site located at Plaza Townhomes, 4460 Broadway Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64111, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards when dry-cutting stones producing respirable crystalline silica dust. Workers were observed doing masonry work, and dry cutting stones on the outside of the building. Employees were cutting the stones for a period of 8 hours a day, outside and using a handheld saw that did not have the required engineering controls.
