29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. Jobsite, stairs at side of building - On or about April 11, 2022, debris, some with protruding nails, was not kept clear from the area of the side stairway where an employee was working to remove the siding and trim from the building.
