29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) In the production area located at: 15333 Highway 82, Nahunta, Georgia, on or about April 13, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fire and deflagration hazards, in that the production area was not maintained free of the accumulation of combustible dust while working in the production area.
