29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) On or before April 14, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee was framing an awning above an entrance to a residential home without the use of a fall protective system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10.
