29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that the strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) Brush Meat Processors LLC., at 1300 South Railway Street, Brush, CO 80723: on and before April 20, 2022, the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the employer did not ensure that the outer insulation on flexible cords and cables on the scissor lift in the maintenance department was not connected so that strain relief was provided to prevent pull and damage to the cables. This condition exposed the employee to electrical shock.
