The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: a) Residential structure at 1605 Monsey Ave, Scranton, PA: Subcontractor employees performing roofing work 22 feet above the ground level were exposed to serious injury while using climbing harnesses with ropes attached at the front as fall arrest, on or about April 14, 2022.
