29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 04/06/2022 at Weatherpanel SRS, 285 Chandler Street, Buffalo, NY; where an employee was troubleshooting a truck-mounted crane and was crushed between the crane and the truck cab when the crane unexpectedly started up while the employee was in between the crane and the truck cab. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
