29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Residential structure at 1605 Monsey Ave, Scranton, PA: Workers were exposed to struck by hazards when working and walking beneath and near roofing installation operations without using a protective helmet, on or about April 14, 2022.  CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION  Extreme Roofing and Siding was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard, 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1544577, citation number 1, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on September 30, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Grande Blvd, Tabernacle, NJ.
