29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize them: a) Jobsite: 1000 W. Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not provide a training program including recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Employees were working near the edge of a roof, approximately 5-66 stories above the ground level, without the use of fall protection system exposing them to falls. Noted on or about 4/14/2022.
