Roof area at a worksite located at 9417 Thom Glen Road in Jacksonville, Florida 32208: On or about April 13, 2022, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employees who were operating pneumatic nail guns to nail down underlayment paper, while performing roofing operations.
