29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:   a. On a 5:12 pitched roof, at a worksite located at 223 Willow Branch Avenue, in Jacksonville, Florida 32205: On or about April 14, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, two employees installing sheets of plywood on the roof were exposed to the hazard of falls ranging from 9 to 18-feet to the ground below, in that fall protection was not utilized, while performing framing operations.

At a worksite located at 223 Willow Branch Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32205: On or about April 14, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer allowed employees to use the top step of a Werner brand, 6-foot potable A-Frame type ladder, to gain access and egress from the trusses, while performing framing operations.
