29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a. At a temporary worksite, located at Auterra 13100 Dr., Jacksonville, FL:  On or about June 13, 2025, the employer was exposing 1 employee to a 40 to 45 foot fall hazard, in that the employees were not wearing fall protection while conducting framing work.  The Duras Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589984 citation number 1  item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/09/2022, with respect to a workplace located at  223 Willow Branch Avenue, in Jacksonville, Florida 32205.
