29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket. At the commercial construction site located at 7441 NW Old Tiffany Springs Rd, KANSAS CITY, MO 64153, employee was standing on the mid rail of an aerial lift while installing siding at extended heights. This exposed the employee to fall hazards of 10 plus feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 04/14/2022.
