29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about April 18, the employer did not ensure the walk-working surface was kept free of hazards in that the electrical cord to the belt/disc combo sander was run across the walkway. Employees are exposed to a tripping hazard.
