29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  a) On or about April 18, 2022, and at times prior, the employer, Deep Distributing, LLC, dba DCFGUNS, did not maintain the facility as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Surface wipe sampling indicated that nearly all operational, non-operational, and food-related surfaces were had accumulations of lead indication that housekeeping was not being performed.  The levels detected were between 83 ug/cm2 to 1,366 ug/cm2 in the gunsmithing area, between 46 ug/cm2 to 1,215 ug/cm2 on the employees' hands and shoes, floors, and accessible surfaces, and between 16 ug/cm2 to 33 ug/cm2 in the eating and break area.
