29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): The employer did not obtain a new audiogram annually for each employee exposed to noise at or above an 8 hour time weighted average exposure of 85 decibels: (a) Bronze Services of Loveland, Inc., 140 2nd St. SE, Loveland, CO 80537: On or before April 19, 2022 the employer did not obtain annual audiograms for employees exposed to noise at or above an 8 hour time weighted average exposure of 85 decibels. Employees in the welding and chasing areas are exposed to noise exceeding 85 decibels and are part of the hearing conservation program. Employees were provided with baseline audiograms but were not provided with annual audiograms. This condition exposes employees to hearing loss.
