On the 1:12 low slope roof at a single-level multi-residence, located at 1246 Timberlane Road, Tallahassee, FL: On or about March 1, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to a 12-foot 5-inch fall hazard, in that a complete fall protection system was not utilized by the employee while performing roofing work outside of the warning line to the roof edge.
