Martinez General Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1504571, Citation 1, Item 2 and was affirmed as a Final Order on 02/04/2021 with respect to a worksite located at 190 E. 27th Street, North Kansas City, MO.
