29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):(1) Walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition. On or before April 19, 2022, in the decontamination room of the sterilizing department, the floor was not maintained in a safe condition where employees pushed carts of instruments through the area where large dents were in the floor. The wheels of the carts would get caught in the dents causing the carts to become off balance.
