29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1):The employer was not responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace: a.) Green Light of PA LLC dba PA Botanicals - On or about 4/19/22, and at times prior thereto, the employer was not ensuring that all portable fire extinguishers were receiving monthly and annual inspections. The last inspection of the portable fire extinguishers had occurred September 2000. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
