29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On or about April 8, 2022, the employer did not report to OSHA a work-related hospitalization prior to the elapse of the 24-hour reporting period after learning about the hospitalization. The incident was not reported to OSHA until April 12, 2022.
