29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about April 20, 2022, during construction activities including but not limited to HVAC unit installation on the roof of an ACME store located at 1709 OH-59, Kent, OH 44240, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from a greater than 25-foot fall by ensuring a fall protection system/device was used during a HVAC installation.
