29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a) Woodspring Suites, Daphne AL: On or about April 21, 2022 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemicals hazards in that the employer allowed unlabeled hand sprayers to be present in the workplace that contained corrosive chemicals to include the following: Ecolab Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant. a) Woodspring Suites, Daphne AL: On or about April 21, 2022 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that the employer allowed an unlabeled two gallon hand sprayer to be present in the workplace that contained corrosive chemicals to include the following: Bleach.
